Minnechaduza Medicine will determine with you the medical needs that can be met by telemedicine in your community. We will then recruit providers to meet those needs in collaboration with you as the patient- centered medical home.

Through the power and flexibility of telemedicine we can deliver medical care to a specific group of patients or setting in your community.

Examples are:

  • Primary medical care by telemedicine at:
    • Child day care centers
    • Assisted living facilities
    • Nursing homes
    • Elementary and secondary schools
    • College campuses
    • Employer work sites
    • Pharmacies
  • Primary medical care to supplement existing medical providers at FQHCs, RHCs, private medical practices and hospital emergency departments, examples are:
    • After hours telemedicine clinics or coverage
    • Coverage for providers when on schedule vacations or prolonged illnesses
    • Coverage during specific high volume periods of patient traffic

Minnechaduza Telemedicine services can be more cost effective than hiring full or part-time providers. It also increases access and is more convenient to the patient when they do not have to leave school or work to travel to your clinics to receive all their care.
